Can I track my competitors?
Yes. Add the creators and brands you compete with and Contren tracks their topics, formats, posting activity and top-performing content, then shows you the gaps. The number you can track depends on your plan, from 5 on Starter to 200 on Intelligence.
Which platforms do you support?
Trend and competitor signals are read across Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, Google, Reddit and news sources. Generated content is written for the platform you choose.
Is there a free trial?

How do AI credits work?
Every AI action costs credits: a hook, title or CTA costs 1, a short script 3, a full content pack 5, a long-form script 10, a deep trend report 15 and a content calendar 20. Your plan includes a monthly allowance, and you are warned at 80% and again at 100% so nothing is a surprise.
Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?
Yes. Plans change from your billing settings and take effect immediately, with the difference prorated. Your data, saved opportunities and history stay with your workspace.
